Qualifications/Required:
1. Must have a minimum experience of 3 years in the same field.
2. Must have a Positivism, Passion, Dedication and an Attitude towards providing an unbeatable service and exceeding targets are essential.
3. Excellent administration and communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
4.Excellent organizational flair, with keen eye for detail and strong numeracy & literacy skills.
5.Proficient in using a computer with confidence to learn new systems & databases quickly.
6.Well presented, Confident, Approachable, Self-motivated,Flexible,Professional,Polite and Punctual.
7. Proactive approach to sales.
8.Experienced in a busy service focused salon or spa is preferable.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responsible to cover the reception desk as required.
-Handle telephone calls, confirming appointments and dealing with the member and customer concerns or complaints politely and efficient.
-Assist the Manager with visual merchandising.
-Drive retail sales on the concession via interaction with customers.
-Ensure the high hygiene standards of the company are maintained and delivered all items.
