♦️ Proficient in reading and interpreting detailed sports turf cut and lay plans.
♦️ Demonstrated leadership abilities to manage and guide the installation team based on plan specifications.
Turf Line Precision:
♦️ Expert in cutting and installing turf lines, particularly for multisport courts, ensuring precise alignment and consistency across the surface.
Technical and Adhesive Skills:
Adhesive Application:
♦️ Thorough understanding of adhesive application processes, with the ability to follow manufacturer guidelines to ensure the correct application and bonding of turf materials.
Seaming and Joining Expertise:
♦️ Exceptional skill in seaming synthetic turf joins, focusing on achieving seamless or nearly invisible joins that maintain the aesthetic and functional integrity of the turf.
Climate Adaptability:
♦️ Deep understanding of heat fluctuations and their impact on synthetic turf, especially regarding expansion and contraction.
♦️ Proficient in implementing techniques to mitigate the risk of court lines warping due to expansion and contraction caused by heat fluctuations during the installation process.

Candidate Profile:
Age:
♦️ Ideal candidates are between 27 to 40 years old.
Licence Type:
Ideal: Experience driving the equivalent of an NZ Class 2 Truck Licence (with the ability to convert upon arrival).
Required: No licence is acceptable in this case providing the candidate has the Core Installation Skills required for this role.
Driving Ability:
♦️ Proficient in driving vehicles with manual transmission.
♦️ Experience operating tipper trucks.

Physical Requirements:
