- 3 years Straight Experience in Trailer Truck Driving (with COE)
- Good Personality and Excellent communication skills
- At least High-School Graduate
- Ex-Abroad is an advantage

4. Certificate of employment (3 or more than yrs. of experience)
5. Diploma (Highest educational attainment)
6. Seminars/ Training Cert related to driving
7. Trade Test Cert (optional) - is an advantage
8. LTO Certification, License History and Verification
9. Clear Copy of passport ( at least 1 yr. Validity)
10. Colored copy of Driving license (front/ back)
